HOW DOES IT WORK?
During a LUTRONIC INFINI treatment, fractional radiofrequency energy is delivered into the skin through insulated gold-coated microneedles. LUTRONIC’s patented ComfortFlow™ technology allows for the smooth penetration of the needles while the needle insulation spares the epidermis for reduced post treatment downtime. These microneedles both provide a shorter, more direct route for the radiofrequency energy to travel, and create tiny micro injuries on the surface of the skin. Once radiofrequency energy passes through the needles and into the skin, it is absorbed as heat by the structures of the dermis. Upon absorbing the radiofrequency energy, these structures are damaged and quickly begin to heal themselves. Part of this healing process is the creation of additional collagen and elastin.
